Your satisfaction is important to us. We know online shopping can be difficult, which is why we have a 14 day store credit policy (from delivery). If your Aexae does not fit just how you wanted it to, you can complete the following steps:
1. Prior to returning your item(s), please email us to request a returns form at email@example.com
2. Complete the returns form and include the original garment bag your order arrived in (unless you are keeping any item(s) from your order).
For AU returns: Take advantage of our AUSPOST Returns Portal - include a hashtag [ # ] when entering your order number e.g #5000
For International returns: Ship back the package to us using a courier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number on the returns form. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method as Aexae is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
3. Please return your package to:

4. Once received we will send an email confirming your package has been processed and a store credit has been issued via email within 24-48 hours.
5. Now that you have received your store credit; you can place a new order online for any different styles, colours or sizes!
Unfortunately, Aexae does not offer any refunds on full priced item(s) or sale item(s) for change of mind.
